FACTORIAL PRESS
Factorial Press was founded in 2001 in Providence, Rhode Island, in order to publish and encourage collaborative writing, and has been expanded to include works in translation, mostly from Japanese. Recent published works have included poems, plays, prose, instructions, conversations, headphone-driven performance text, titles, games, and scores. Factorial, an annual journal, presented a unique collection of writing and/or translations by many emerging and established writers and artists over five issues.
Many thanks go out to the numerous people who have helped Factorial along the way – including but not limited to Ben Basan, Mark Tardi, Kim Koga, Eric Selland, Teresa Carmody, Vanessa Place, Kerri Sonnenberg, Keith Waldrop, Rosmarie Waldrop, and its many contributors.
